1. Mold readying.

3. Mold cooling.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which generates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding phase.
As soon as the product within te mold has cooled correctly, the molder managing the operation can then extract the completed product from the mold. The technique is repeated from the start, giving a number of similar product lines.
