1. Mould prep work.

If it overstays, the component will lose stability and strength, producing a poor product. If it is extracted from the oven too early, the polymer will not have melted properly, which develops bubbles in the finished product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional procedure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing bending of the item.

4. The discharging or de-molding phase.
Once the material inside te mould has cooled properly, the molder taking care of the process can then remove the finalized product from the mould. The technique is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of identical products.
