2. The heating and fusion procedure.
Once inside the oven, the mould is spun on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and coats the inside if the mould. The turning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 rotations per min. The main thing that is critical at this moment is the period of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it stays to long, the material will lose stability and strength, making a poor item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the component has completely spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more procedure that depends upon a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling decreases the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
As soon as the component within te mould has cooled adequately, the molder managing the procedure can then extract the finalized item from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of identical products.
