1. Mold prep work.

2. The heating and fusion process.
Once within the oven, the mold is revolved on two axis so the powdered polymer melts from the heat and overlays the inside if the mould. The spinning is done slowly and gradually, about 20 revolutions per minute. The main thing that is important at this moment is the amount of time the mould will spend within the oven. If it overstays, the component will lose stability and durability, making a poor item. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product line.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mold. This is one more measure that relies a lot on the right timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too fast, causing bending of the product.

4. The unloading or de-moulding phase.
Once the component within te mold has cooled effectively, the molder managing the process can then take out the completed product from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, giving a series of identical items.
