1. Mould prep work.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mould. This is one more measure that depends upon a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling decreases the material too quick, causing bending of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding step.
As soon as the component within te mold has cooled correctly, the person taking care of the process can then remove the finished item from the mould. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of exact items.
