If it overstays, the material will lose value and strength, creating a poor item. If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized item.

3. Mold cooling down.
When the product has completely spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then extracted for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces slightly for ease of removal from the mold. This is one more measure that depends a lot on the right timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the material.

4. The discharging or de-molding step.
When the component within te mould has cooled adequately, the molder handling the process can then take out the completed product from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, providing a series of similar items.
