1. Mold readying.

If it overstays, the product will lose stability and strength, generating a poor item. If it is removed from the oven too early, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which produces bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the product has sufficiently spent the enough of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the material cools, it reduces a little for ease of removal from the mould. This is yet another procedure that depends a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The offloading or de-molding step.
Once the product within te mould has cooled successfully, the molder handling the operation can then take out the finished product from the mold. The procedure is repeated from the beginning, supplying a number of exact product lines.
