1. Mould prep work.

3. Mould cooling.
When the material has completely spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then taken out for cooling. This can be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which creates a cool mist. When the product cools, it shrinks a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is an additional measure that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling reduces the material too fast, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding phase.
Once the material within te mould has cooled correctly, the molder taking care of the procedure can then extract the completed product from the mold. The process is repeated from the beginning, providing a number of similar product lines.
