2. The heating and fusion phase.

If it overstays, the component will lose value and durability, making a weak item. If it is extracted from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have liquefied correctly, which generates bubbles in the finalized product.

3. Mold cooling.
When the component has sufficiently spent the right amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the component cools, it reduces a little for ease of extraction from the mould. This is another step that depends upon a lot on the ideal timing, since quick cooling shrinks the material too quickly, causing bending of the product.

4. The removing or de-moulding step.
Once the product inside te mould has cooled successfully, the person managing the operation can then extract the finalized item from the mold. The function is repeated from the start, supplying a number of exact items.
