1. Mould preparation.

If it is removed from the oven prematurely, the polymer will not have flowed properly, which develops bubbles in the completed product line.

3. Mould cooling down.
When the component has sufficiently spent the correct amount of time in the oven, it is then removed for cooling. This may be done by air or water, or sometimes a mixture of both which a cool mist. When the product cools, it reduces somewhat for ease of removal from the mold. This is another measure that depends a lot on the correct timing, since rapid cooling reduces the material too rapidly, causing warping of the item.

4. The removing or de-molding step.
Once the product inside te mold has cooled effectively, the person taking care of the procedure can then remove the completed product from the mould. The function is repeated from the start, making a series of identical products.
